Perhaps insert an addendum that the scenarios are only true (?) for those situated in the US. It is possible to access content in a streamed RealOne format via GPRS/3G in the UK.

No worries. :)

It does appear to be the case that both our networks, and the phones we're able to easily purchase, are generally of a superior quality (or more technologically advanced) than those in the US, although I think things are levelling off rapidly. I'd imagine, with the advent of TV on your phones (e.g. Vodafone UK now has a deal to provide Sky content to its customers), that US networks will similarly ease the constraints on accessing Web content, including RealOne formatted streaming media.
