Question Changing Start Menu highlight colour

I've searched the site and can't find the answer to this, I would like to change the blue highlight you get when you click on the Start Menu etc to either match the theme or ideally be transparent.

I would be really grateful for some advice on this - I looked for ColorMe but its not available from the site, at present, I thought it may be the answer.

Thanks
