Does anyone have a tutorial on how to install or modify icons? I want to change a few but am not techno-fluent enough to do it alone. Any cheat sheats out there?

To do this, I think you may need a plug-in such as iLauncher (www.sbsh.net).

Thanks MT, my 51v has SPB Plus and I noticed that the icon sets for iLauncher are quite vivid. I was hoping to somehow learn any method that will make them compatible with SPB.

The large vivid icons are usually shown in screen shots on VGA devices. Some of the sets have been converted for qvga devices. SBP also has icon sets and tells you how to size them for various devices. There are icon resources for both SBSH and SPB products.
