Force Hi-resolution tool V1.65 HELP!!!

OK so here's the deal.........i'm having 1 heck of a time trying to download this tool can someone please help me possibly giving step by step instructions ....Would be appreciated

Just go to this site

1) Download the .zip files for Force-High Resolution 1.65 AND the gsGetFile.dll.
2) Copy the .cpl file and gsGetFile.dll into the Windows directory of your Pocket PC.
3) Choose the programs you want to use Force HiRes with from the System Control Panel (Settings/System).

well here's my problem.. when i download the zip file for force-high & gsgetfile.dll i'm having problem copying it into my windows directory

once i thought i had it but all the images starting looking blurry so i removed them (also should i use the pda directly or via craddle)
