I have an Axim 400 I bought used. I am trying to sync with activesync v3.7. I have Me and Outlook Express on my desktop. I get an error message indicating I do not have mapisvc.inf when I try to sync with my inbox. All comes to a standstill. What is the solution? Any one got a spare mapisvc.inf? Thanks

Try reinstalling both of them from a clean uninstall. I have the file you're talking about in C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\NT
I guess if the reinstall doesn't work I could upload the file.

well, the first thing to do is get rid of ME as quickly as possible!! it's best to sneak up on it though as you do this, otherwise it may destroy your computer even more quickly than usual.

I also receive the same message. I did a find on my entire computer and came back negative. I don't understand why I need a spyware file to make my software run.
