Is there a way to connect two PPCs over TCP/IP over irDA, to allow multiplayer gaming for example?

Only if the game supports it. I know Snails does, and I've heard some other games have multiplayer support via IrDA / networking.

DOH! You're right! I could have sworn Snails did IrDA but I just booted up mine and sure enough - TCP/IP only.

does IrDA even support TCP/IP? i don't think it does, but i may be wrong...
