I went to L.A. not to long ago and my Axim went through the X-ray machine just fine.

Wow, isn't that like being the king's food taster? I hope you already have kids!

edbro... you call that an airplane? I'd be ashamed...
Well, we may be slow (and ugly, I'll admit it) but you can laugh only because you will probably never be on the receiving end of my beloved Hog!:p

Kids are WAY over rated... and expensive!

The receiving end is not the place to be on a thunderhog.... laughing or otherwise...

I'll take a Mad Dog International any day! I can get up and go to the bathroom, instead of spending the entire flight in a bathtub!!!!

Those of us in the "ugly" were happy to see the 'hog show up. It out "uglied" us by a mile!

Our plan was that when we ran out of weapons, we flew low and slow over the enemy and "uglied" them to death.

post trip update

All my electronic gadgets survived just fine. Ax went down the "belt" with no problems.

The security people probably wondered about me though.

I had a one way ticket, laptop, Axim, CF GPS, SkiFi XM radio and antenna, cell phone and all kinds of chargers and cables in my backpack.

No wonder they made me take off my shoes!

My wife and 2 sons had driven down earlier in the week and I flew down and drove back up.

Gotta love the XM listened to the same station from Atlanta to Delaware! And the Mapopolis was right on. I had every county from Delaware to Atlanta loaded on my 256meg sd card and didn't even use a third of the card.

I'm a pilot and one thing I love about the Pocket PC is that TSA couldn't care less about it. Carrying a laptop? Take it out of the case and run it through the machine separately. Maybe even turn it on. (Not to mention just lugging the thing around) Carrying a Pocket PC? They don't even know what that is, nor have they been instructed to care. I just leave it in my bag and send the whole thing through at once.
