I had to remove the battery and when I restarted my AXIM X51v activesync will not stay off. I can turn it off but next time I start it up activesync is running, this runs down the battery. Can anyone tell me how to prevent activesync from starting. I only want it to run when the system is in it cradle.

Yes turn activesync off before you power down.
Start/settings/system/memory/programs running/stop all
and apply the Fake Server Trick.
