hi --

i got unbricked and tried A02 ROM. it's not all that bad! but, i've recently had a problem with internet. at first, i was able to surf no problem (even better than surfing using the w2k3 version). but, then i went to a public wifi spot and my unit got confused and i started getting page not found msgs. and now, even at home, i get the "page not found" error msg, even when i have a GREAT signal according to the meter at the bottom, and i appear to be connected to the net (packets are flowing in/out). it happens both on ie and netfront. any way to shake it out, other than a hard reset?

have you configured custom dns servers? or proxy servers?

make sure youre using the proper connection in your connection manager, and make sure your settings for proxy or dns are correct (or blank if youre not using any)

when configuring an access point, make sure it says this network connects to the internet, not work or anything else. then check settings in the connection manager to make sure items that connect to the internet automatically and not through a vpn or proxy
