sync directly to SD card via Activesync

Is there a way to to sync files from my PC directly to a SD card on my Axim via Activesync?
I am trying to sync podcasts from my PC to my Axim but Activesync seems to default to the main memory. Currently I do this and then manually transfer to the SD Card. Some podcasts are however so large they will not transfer to the main memory.
Any help will be appreciated.

If you use the explore function of Active Sync you can just copy and paste them to the SD card.

Or using a card reader you can set up a sync, which will actually transfer faster than by Active Sync.

Or by using a program called Card Export you can bypass active sync and view the axim as a logical drive.

I think itunes and windows media player and some others allow you to sync to an SD card.

Yeah, I understand most the methods and its not that big a deal to manually transfer the podcasts. I was hoping of someway to automatically sync the podcasts when the Axim is cradled, without any added steps.

I just tried it and it seems to work.

In Active Sync on the PC go to options and tick the box for Media, it will then tell you to set up the sync with Windows Media player and your card.

It searched my PC and allowed my to sync to my CF card without any issues.
