If you have installed printing software to the device, you might be able to print your contacts out one at a time. This could be very time consuming.
A better way to manage the data on your pocket pc is to NOT rely on it as your primary data repository. At the very least, you should backup your pocket pc regularly (and there are quite a few third party backup applications you could choose to do this, if there is no backup software already installed on the device), but you really should consider syncing your data to Outlook on your computer. Then your data will be on your computer and you can view it, print it, etc. from the computer.
