WM 5 Best Onscreen keyboard?

Hi everyone,

What type of onscreen keyboard do you use with WM 5? Any ones that you find easy to use with your fingers? I've started trying some different ones, but find myself going back to the standard WM 5 keyboard because they cover up too much of the screen/are easy to type the wrong letter on/aren't as fast.

Thanks.

SPB Keyboard is by far the best in my opinion. It is big enough to easily use with your fingers and it even has a full screen option in portrait and in landscape. I would post a link, but the site won't let me because I haven't posted enough yet. Just type SPB Keyboard in Google search. It does cost $15 to register the version, but it does have a free trial. It's well worth the money in my opinion and the best keyboard I've seen for pocket pc.

I have tried both SPB Keyboard and Resco's Keyboard Pro.

SPB Keyboard is $15 while Resco's Keyboard Pro is $20.

There isn't much of a difference between the two.
I prefer Resco's Keyboard Pro because of two reasons:

1. It is much more responsive (or more snappier, if you prefer) than SPB Keyboard
2. It gives you a preview mode to magnify the key right after you press it. This decreases typing errors.

Both uses minimal amount of RAM, so that isn't much of a worry.

It really comes down to personal preference.

SPB shows a quick popup of the last key you hit and it also recognizes words that you type and can save lots of time typing. SPB has come along way. The first version of SPB I tried wasn't that great, but the new version is the best keyboard I have came across. I haven't tried Resco Keyboard, but after using the new SPB Keyboard, I never felt the need to search for anymore keyboards.

Oh, I tried SPB a long time ago. I guess that was not updated.
Well, Jer can download trial versions of both and see which he/she likes the best.

I regular screen mode I prefer Resco, spb keyboard the new version isn't as laggy as older version, and I find its easier to type faster in full screen mode. Another full screen keyboard you might want to give a shot is pdamedia fullscreen keyboard, its not as full featured, but pretty snappy all around, and it's free.
