Using INBOX, it shows me the subject line of the emails and says the following:

[Message truncated. Tap Edit->Mark for Download to get remaining portion.]

When I tap "Edit", there is no option that reads"Mark for Download". Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

When I have an e-mail with that message in it I always have a "Mark for download" as the first menu option in the Edit menu. You can also clock the e-mail and tap and hold on the entry in the Inbox to get a pop-up menu with the "mark for download" option.
