Need help with Outlook Webmail Access

I am trying to use OWA to access email from the internet using a Axim X3i. I am able to log onto the webmail site and to see my inbox. However, when I select one of the messages that are available nothing happens. The email message never opens. I have looked at settings and tried to figure this out but have had no luck. Any suggestions??

If your company is still using Exchange 5.5, then it will not work. They need to be on Exchange 2000 or 2003.

Thanks! That would be the problem. We are looking at a migration to Exchange 2003 in the next 6 months so I will just have to wait.
