how do you change icons for use in Laucher?

Is there a way? In XP it is in the Properties. But if I use Resco and look at the properties I see no option to change the icon.

It is quite easy using Resco. All the shortcuts are listed in My Device>Launcher. Delete any that you do not want. To add others, go to Windows>Start Menu >Programs, select (tap and hold) the Short Cut for the program you want to add and use Copy and then Paste into the Launcher folder.

I may be misunderstanding Chrissard, but I don't think he wants to change the programs, just the icons. I'm not sure this is possible with the native Windows Mobile and Launcher but I use cLaunch on my Today screen and it has an option to change the icons.

Yes Ike, that is what I am looking for, to change the way the icon is displayed on the today screen.
