converting palm docs

Hi all. Just got my Axim a few days ago and I'm trying to transfer all my stuff from my Palm 515. I had no problem with the calander, contacts, etc. I have a doc file on my Palm that I want to get to Word on my PPC. The problem is that it is stored as a .PDB file on my Palm and I can't figure out how to convert it over. I thought I would just cut and paste it to my email program and then email it to myself but my doc reader on the Palm doesn't allow cutting and pasting. Any ideas? Thanks.

There are some programs that can open a .pdb file on the Ax. I think the Palm Reader does that if it's a book or document.

Thanks guys. I ended up being able to open the .pdb file using WordPad (funny that MS Word wouldn't open it??). It opened with a little mess at the begining of the file which I just deleted. Anyway, mission accomplished.
