A common question.

Okay, I know his has been asked a lot but I can't seem to find answers that correspond to my actual situation.

I want to synchronize Outlook on two computers. I mean rules, folders, everything. I use my laptop more than desktop and figured the easy way was to set the data folder of my desktop to the file on my laptop.

Two computers were using the one file. It worked well until I tried to send an email from my laptop and it talked about not being able to open address book associated...

I don't really care if my Axim syncs with both because if I can get my computers to both sync then I can just always sync with my laptop. This way I will always have the most recent version whether at home or on the road.

Are there any programs that allow me to open Outlook on one computer and make changes and then close it and open on the other computer and have all the changes show up automatically?

Thanks. I don't understand this. I look around and most the things I find are really old. I find that ironic since daily more and more people are trying to do things like this. Certainly the number of people who own 2 computers in order to sync has tripled since most of the information on how to do it was written.

Easy2Sync looks like a decent solution but I would need the business edition, and I don't have $80 to spend on it... just a student trying to stay organized.

Thanks for the input though, I'll keep looking =)
