Buffer Error??? HELP

With my recent purchase of a 512mb sd card, I wanted to put a movie on my axim. Following the turorial here at aximsite, everything went well untill about 1.5% way through an error message pops up on #1 DVD Ripper saying---
"Video Unit Buffer full.
Check Ctrl Padd min and start.
Or increase audio bitrate.
Or decrease video bitrate."

How can I fix this so that there isnt this problem and I can FINALLY put a movie on my axim?

Thanks,
jcll2002

BTW, any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Ok, I fiddled around with the settings and it worked. BUT, the audio and video are out of sync. So, I'm going to try again and do another video but I STILL get the same problem

Any help???
