I have downloaded several freeware apps. (such as td launcher) that, once unzipped, deposits .000 and .001 files on my PC. For the life of me, I cannot find any programs that will open them. I have tried copying these files to the ppc, but same problem, no program is associated with them.

Any thoughts?

.000 and .001 files are usually extended cab files. The installing app should open them, do the install and then delete them. Did you actually install tdlauncher?

just put the cab files on pcc and click em.

Yep, figured it out, thanks...I was opening the .CAB on my PC, needed to copy the whole dern thing to my ppc...thanks again!
