Birthdays/Anniversarys and Outlook
I've noticed that my desktop Outlook will automatically transfer any birthday/anniversary i have in my contacts to my calendar....the problem is it automatically applies an alarm!

Where, in desktop Outlook, can I tell it to not apply an alarm when creating these yearly events? (i've already turned off the 'default reminder' so that doesn't work)
