X30 is now a bit laggy.. Can you upgrade the internal memory?

I've noticed that my X30 with 64mb of internal memory is a bit laggy now.

I've had it about a year and use it to keep track of all my appointments for my computer repair business. I've changed the sync options to leave all appointments on the device because I routinely have to look up appointments from months ago and then copy/paste them to the current time because the client wants another job done.

I could let the sync delete everything that's old like it does by default, but then with all my repeat clients I'd have to re-enter their info every time.

So, is there any way to make it a bit less laggy? I do a soft reset on it from time to time and have allocated appx 60-70% of the internal memory to be used for RAM purposes. I don't have anything extra installed on it, and do have a couple of storage cards.

It's mostly when I'm 'typing' on it that I notice the delay. Where I used to be able to just tap really quickly now it will hang for a bit every so often. My guess is that while I type it's trying to do the auto-complete and since it always adds words that you've typed in previously it now has TONS to compare against.

Perhaps there's a way to clear out the list and just let it use the orig default one?

Maybe I'm just a rambling idiot. How can I fix the lag? Is there a way to upgrade the internal memory to 128 or 256 mb?

Thanks a ton, -Kevin

Only place would be www.pocketpctechs.com
Since you wish to keep the information and auto complete, I would suggest you contact pocketpctechs and see if they can do something. Or just wait for someone who konws more about the x30 and have him/her help u

Can I clear out the autocomplete to reset it to factory though? I may turn it off and see if that helps though.

At first glance with the autocomplete turned off it appears to not lag while typing now. I'll have to run it for a while to make sure that it isn't just a fluke.
