Recently purchased Tengo, a great text input software from Handango. Unfortunately, no registration code was recieved from the vendor and attempts to rectify through Handango are getting nowhere.

Has anybody else purchased this software and actually recieved a reg code?

Either ppc/pda users are dying or tengo thumb users are dying...but i haven't found many recent threads on tengo thumb.

Did you ever get an answer to your registration key issue?

I'm still using a axim x30 but i had to replace it with another one. Tengo thumb registration i purchased won't work on the new device. I've contacted tengo thumb support at least 4 times now with no response.

Is tengo dead? There's still a website & you can still purchase it...i'm not purchasing another copy just because it won't recognize my 'new' device. I paid for it, i should still be able to use it!!
