Outlook messages won't go away.

My Outlook message indicator shows the I have 12 unread messages.
That would be nice, but I don't. I deleted all of my messages, but the 12 unread messages that show on my Today screen just won't go away.

Can someone tell me how to get rid of this?

Thanks

This is a wild shot in the dark, but have you tried turning off Outlook Messaging in Today (Start > Settings > Today > uncheck Messaging > OK to exit) rebooting and then reinstating Messaging in Today?

I'm assuming you emptied the Deleted mail file in Outlook on the PDA (Tools > Empty Deleted Items) and it's only syncing it's Inbox (Tools > Manage Folders)...

Thanks for the suggestion, MleB. However, it didn't work.

When I look at the Deleted mail file, I see mail that I have deleted, but I see that the Empty Deleted Items under the Tools > Manage Folders is greyed out. I have to manually delete the deleted items.

I really don't want to do a hard reset, but I may have to.
