Does anyone have any experience or advice on this...

I am using a trial of Pocket Informant (I believe it is a full version) and it has taken the contacts I imported from Outlook Express into Outlook and lumped them into one file even though in Outlook these contacts are listed in my contacts list and don't look any different.

I use OUtlook Express for email and sync with Outlook for backing up my calender.

Hope this makes sense.

Do you have your contacts set up in different catagories in outlook?

PI uses the PPC Outlook contact database. Maybe you don't like the way your contacts were handled when you exported them from Outlook Express to Outlook????? Could you let us know a little more of what your problem is?

probably not a helpful post but i tried pocket informant and kept getting problem after problem. it was slow as well.

i changed to agenda fusion and find it many, many times better.
speed, memory usage and functionality are far superior.
