It's actually been around for awhile now, but it's now getting more popular because Sprite is not yet compatible with WM5. Spb Software House is also developing a backup utility. It's currently in beta.

Moved to Utilities.

Sprite is usually the most highly recommended backup solution.

Personal. Enterprise is for businesses, corporations, etc.

Self-executing restore files the most valuable feature, IMO.

Detects when your battery is low and automatically creates a back-up. Great feature the first time you make a ton of important changes, take a few important notes, and then come back to a dead PDA. That "OMG feeling" lasts only a fraction of a second when you realize your PDA used it's last ounce of energy to save it's data.

For me, the best thing is definitely the automated back up. My memory is horrid, and more often that not, I totally forget to backup on my own. The scheduled backup has saved me more times than I can count.

For me, it's the ability to create a self-restoring backup to SD card. If I'm out and about, and my Axim hard resets (or it gets botched and requires a hard reset), I can get back up and running in minutes. Invaluable if you ask me . . .
Best Regards,

Wooch
