Check out Stevenator65 Weblog. It's back and worse than ever!

        

All you do is execute the program on your PPC and it will then associate itself with .CAB files. Subsequent .CAB files that you open on your PPC will be opened by Cabinstal and it will allow you to select the destination.

Always read stuff that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it.

   

Thanks Howard. But that's where I run into a problem. Do I go to Active Sync, then explore, then find the Cab on my PC, copy it, then paste it onto my pocket pc. However, do I paste it to My Documents or to my SD card?

After I paste it, then do I go to my pocket pc and open my file explorer? When I do it opens Cabinstal. Is that right?

Pretty much it.

It doesn't matter where you paste it on the PPC, it will remove the .CAB after extraction unless you tell it otherwise. So once you copy the .CAB to the PPC, open Explorer on the PPC and then open the .CAB and instead of installing directly it will be hijacked by Cabinstal.

Always read stuff that will make you look good if you die in the middle of it.
