Again, backup software

I know that a lot of people are talking about using Sprite and Sunny backup manager. I tried them, but I am still looking.

Although both Sprite and Sunny backup manager can choose certain files to be backup and in schedule, they all backup files into a nut shell. At time when restoring system, I want to choose selected individual files to be restore, is there such utility existed (like those in desktop, such as SecondCopy 2000)?

yes for Sprite. You can restore the files you want.
