After upgrading to ActiveSync 3.7, I've decided to downgrade to 3.6 because I've experienced the following problems:

1. When syncing MS Money, I'm loosing payee data. The transaction posts, but the name of the payee disappears. My payees are frequently used and I have 12 weeks of transactions stored on my Axim, so payees shouldn't be dropping from the database. I ran into this problem with ActiveSync 3.5 and upgraded to 3.6 which fixed the problem.

2. When syncing Excel spreadsheets, some formulas are not being copied & several cell references are incorrect. Didn't have the problem with 3.6

3. I believe 3.7 does sync at a slower rate than 3.6.

Overall, didn't see any benefit with ActiveSync 3.7.

I downgraded as well, beacuse I kept having sync errors. I would put the Axim into the cradle, it would start to connect, but then stop with an error.

So far back down at 3.6 I have not had the same problem.

I also downgraded to 3.6...works much better now!
