Good Backup program for Pocket PC

I currently have a IPAQ 4700 and will shortly be getting a PocketPC phone as well. The IPAQ comes with a backup program that i believe HP installs on it. I'm not sure if my PocketPC phone will have it and even if I have to pay extra I want something that is very good.
My questions:
What is a good backup program to go with?
It has to obviously be very reliable.
It has to be able to back up to a card or either a computer through a data cable is preferable.
Of course do a 100% backup of everything on the pocket pc including the sd card.
It has to be so if I do have a complete crash I can restore it to the original state.
Thanks for any suggestions.

There are 3 that I know of, Sprite Back up, Sunnysoft and SPB backup. I only have experience w/Sprite and it's excellent. Spb is brand new.

There was a review recently, search on BACKUP SOFTWARE here on Aximsite and it should pop up close to the top.

I'm currently using two of those just mentioned, but then I am a tad eccentric.

Spb Backup

I'm using SPB Backup as I have some of their other software and I am quite happy with it. Check out the review in this forum.

For WM2003SE, both SPB and Sprite do excellent jobs - however, Sprite's got a few more backup options (selective restore, scheduling options) than SPB does... but the latest SPB Backup version is WM5 compatible and creates stand-alone .EXE restore images half the size of Sprite's. There's also SunnySoft Backup Manager, which does a decent job... although it's not the best option, it's less expensive than the Sprite Backup solution.

If you're going up to WM5, I'd probably get the SPB or Sprite software. The SunnySoft's not bad.. but it's definitely not WM5-ready, which will be important if you're going the upgrade route.
