Mad Batterpack pro/ Journal bar

I read that Omegaone's BPP and Journal Bar worked for WM5 so I tried and purchased them. It worked fine for a week but then I started having problems with Jounal bar. I contacted Customer service on this and we started coresponding but for the last 3 weeks I havent heard anything.
The problem was that when i went to the settings for journal bar it would just show up blank and not let me change any options. I tried to unistall and vollia! My first hard reset I have tried over and over (with a good back up this time!) and still cant get it to work right. So am I out 89 bucks? I cant get a firm answer from CS and I cant get the program to work right. Right now for a closing program option im just using visbar.

Also, Im using a x51v with A06.

Thanks, all my posts here have been answered quickly and knowledgably (is that a word?hahaha)
