I haven't used alarm today, but I do use apreminder+. It doesn't quite as many features, but it is free.

I've used it for a while now, and though it has worked flawlessly lately in my imate PDA2K I have had some incompatibility problems with it in the past, especially with pocket breeze and other sbsh software in my ipaq5555. Pocketmax has just released a recent update (2.5 I think). I'd say give it a go...

cheers

I am a user of Alarm today

I have been using this software for several releases. For me, this the most critical application that I have. Unfortunately, I've had pretty significant problems with every release: lost alarms, co-joined alarms, duplicated alarms, freezes to the application and to the device. I don't know if you will have the same problems if you load from scratch bat it's worth a try -- it's cheap. It's the best alarm app that I know of.
