Agenda

I'm a little bit confused about all the reading I did on Pocket informant and Agenda fusion. Which one is the best? Note that Agenda fusion comes right now with free upgrade to the next version, version 8 when available.

'Best' is a subjective term. Both have trial versions so give them a go.

Then you can tell us which is 'best' for you, and why

Make sure you really needs it before buying. I know I don't need it at all. PocketBreeze and native Outlook is enough for me.
If you get dead silence after breaking the speed of sound, would you be in the darkness after passing the speed of light?

In my case it is Spb Diary which makes Pocket Outlook very usable. My requirements must be modest. My manager wants a PIM which can assign colors to appointments according to importance. I'd have no use for that, an appointment is an appointment, but the example shows how people's needs differ.

It really is best to trial each to determine if one, the other, something else, or none of the above is to your liking.

Note that PocketInformant Rev 5 just came out yesterday on the WebIS site. It has not yet been loaded to Handango nor PocketGear.

There is a 90+ page manual (PDF) for PI. Perhaps there is documentation available for others as well that you could download.
