Full Power Off Icon

I've seen some screen shots with a Power icon on the systray. Is that a full power off icon? If so, where can I get that? I hate the fact that I have to hold the power button down for a second or two and then hit "Ok" when the screen telling me that any unsaved items will be lost.

I'm looking for a program that has the Full Power Off icon located on the systray. Look at the picture below. I apologize to the author of the photo for using it without permission, but this was the best way to get my point across.

That is HandyMenu by DinarSoft. That icon can be set to do the power off as a "quick action", but can also pop up a menu with many system choices such as soft/hard reset, screen rotation, and quick access to various control panel applets. It's a very nice program and I bought it after trialing it for 10 minutes. Never regretted it.

Rather than a software icon, I just use the actual power button. Setting the password brings up an option that can be checked, "Prompt if device unused for x minutes. Selecting Zero for the minutes provides an immediate shut-off and lock.
