good uninstall untility that works?

Hi All,

Is there any utility that completely uninstalls programs?
The 'Remove Programs' leaves items behind.

You can try any "cleaners" like sktools or pocket mechanic.

SK Tools Uninstall Programs works fine for me. Better that the built in Remove programs I think.

Can we say "Hard Reset". Unfortunately uninstalling a program never really uninstalls them...
