Utility to auto dim screen based on curren time

Hi guys. Been lurking for a while and decided to register

I am currently using Tomtom Navigator. I am looking for a utility that will automatically set the backlight to the minimum if say its currently 8PM. Likewise if its 3PM the utility will turn the backlight to maximum. Does such a thing exist? (freeware hopefully!). It's pretty annoying to play around with the backlight settings at night while driving, so I'm hoping there is a utility to automate the process.

thanks!

I think most prefer English! I don't think German is teached on base/high school like with us in the Netherlands.
