Free Golf Score utility

I was wondering if there was a free program that tracked your golf game and such as Intelligolf (www.intelligolf.com)

I'm too cheap to spend my money. LOL

No free trial after 3 rounds stuff either. 100% free please. I wouldn't mind a screen that says something like ''upgrade to pro version'' everytime i start it up, though

I just use a Pocket Excel spreadsheet. For my purposes that works fine...

I'm looking for something where you can download courses (like in intelligolf) and it can track your score, and how well you are inproving

I was looking also, could not find anything so I had to part with some cash to get it. I am not sure it is worth it, but I use it.
