psShutXP problems

Every time I start my Axim I get an error message that says "The file 'psShutXP' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of it's components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file." The first install was on my sd card, when I got this message originally I uninstalled it and re-installed on my main memory. I still get the same message. Any help or sugestions?

Open file explorer and go to "My Device\Windows\Startup" and delete psShutXP from there. After that you may need to re-run psShutxp and tell it that you want it to run at startup (in the tray).
pencil and paper: n.An archaic information storage and transmission device that works by depositing smears of graphite on bleached wood pulp. More recent developments in paper-based technology include improved ‘write-once’ update devices which use tiny rolling heads similar to mouse balls to deposit colored pigment.

I have the same problem. I deleted the shortcut in "My Device\Windows\Startup" but I still get the error. Can anyone suggest another fix?...... is there something in the registry maybe?
Thanks,
