Anyone using PrintBoy?

A vendor called SMARTBIZ that supplies us with a billing program for all our PCs, and recently has expanded to include a trial run with a Dell Axim X50. As part of setting up their system, they installed the PrintBoy utility, and I'm the test case because I happen to have my own personal Axim X51v.

Anyway, the program seems to work OK, but I don't really know how to access the PrintBoy utility so I can print two (2) copies of a inspection report (I do home inspections). The setup seems to balk when I try to go back to the form and re-print, and sometimes the whole deal gets stuck and I have to soft reset the Axim and this only seems to get it to print maybe 50% of the time.

Before I yell for help from the SmartBiz folks, I figured I'd ask here. Any pros and cons on PrintBoy would be appreciated.
