Has anybody ever found out what the problem and solution was for activesync 3.7 stopped working on axims running ppc 02, it just connects and then disconects without ever giving a reason why.

I know that many here started having these problems, did anybody ever get to the bottom of this?

I used Activesync 3.7 with 2002 for three months with not a single problem. Sorry I can't be of help.
