installed journal bar, but it only gives me the weather forcast for the next day, I live in Hfx N.S. , is there anyway to have it give me the forecast for the next 5 days rather then the next 2 days and a question mark for the follwing 3? is this a setting thing or just how it is from journal bar ... thanks

Canadian forecast is limited to only 2 days -- due to the restriction of the source.

weird, I connected my axim yesterday and it gave me the forecast for the next 3 days, I removed it and later re-connected my axim and the 3rd day got removed... weird, 1 minutes it gives you 3 days the next (about 20mins later) it removed the 3rd days forecast
What me Worry?

I think I'm gonna give journal bar a try and let you know what I come up with in days of weather.

I installed journal bar 1.4.3 and have 5 total days of weather forecast.

One word for this program... AWESOME!

I purchased journal bar and had nothing but problems. It never updated anything, and it started freezing my ax. After several emails to omegaone's tech support I finally gave up when they quit responding to my requests. I have removed Journal bar and deleted it of off my pc. I have read several posts on this app and almost all of the threads have some sort of problem or complaint with Journal Bar. What I really hate the most is that I can't get my money back from Handango because they offered a trial version. Which worked fine for a week on my axim.
If you can't fix it, get a bigger hammer.

Omega updates this app so often, I'd give it six months and try it again. Perhaps you'll find a version which will work for you. (I've done this with their Program Bar, which was nothing but trouble for me.)

Theirs is simply NOT stable software... but when it works, I love having the weather, so I'll keep trying. It makes sense that others will not be willing to wait.
What if this weren't a rhetorical question?

I've used Omega's Journal Bar, Battery Bar, Program Bar since Feb and have not had any problems with it. Even my weather always works. I love the new upgrades for WM2003 like the selective "close app" feature on the toolbar.

My wife uses the same apps on her Toshiba e355 as well. We're big fans.

Good luck, updated to the latest version of batterypac and had nothing but problems. OmegaOne's solution was to upgrade to the lastest version, Informed them when I did that is when I had to start soft resetting the unit. In the week that I ran the latest version, it did nothing but cause problems on my X5 Advanced. Have to give them credit though, they sent me an earlier version of batterypac and have not had a problem since removing the latest version and installing previous one. I also use the weather bar, and have not had a single problem with it so far. Have been using it since I got my unit in July, and love it. sometimes it will take a while to sync, assume that connecting to the server is taking a awhile, but eventually it will sync, and give me 5 days of weather information. And that does not happen very often either, the taking a little while to sync. I am pleased with it. Good luck on yours, hope you can iron out the bugs...
Insanity, Keep doing the same things & expect different results!!

I have no problems in getting updates. Of course, it's only been 2 days...
