downloading skins

How do you download a skin for Wisbar. It is a zip, I extracted it on my pc and brought it over to my axim and it didn't work. Then I tried extracting it on my axim and that didn't work either. Help!

P.S. You can download claunch 8.0 from www.freewareppc.com I downloaded it last night but haven't tried it yet. The earlier version is great.
