NoteM MP3 Voice Recorder- Notification Error

After uninstalling this recording app, I get a Notification Error message "Cannot execute\Windows\NoteMSrv.exe" every time I turn on my Axim. I've even gone into the registry and removed every reference I could find to NoteM or Alexander Zavorine. Nothing works? I'm running PPC 2002 OS.

Can anyone help?
