Worried Power On Blinking!

i noticed that my X5 Power ON is blinking... is it time to change my battery? the back-up battery is still 60%

anyone?!?

Blinking green = "You have a message or a notification"
Blinking orange = battery is charging

Start, Settings, Sounds & Notifications, Notifications (tab). Use the drop down menu to select the various 'events' and uncehck the "Flash light for" box for those you do not want to flash.
