Question tdLaunch on WM 2003?

I just uninstalled spb Pocket Plus. Too many conflicts.

I used to use Launcher, but I've read that cLaunch and tdLaunch are a little better. But mixed reviews on how they work with WM 2003.

Anyone out there using either with WM 2003?

Are they playing nice with each other?

Thanks,
Jim McGowan

I have tdLaunch installed on my Axim X3i running WM 2003 and it works great. No crashes so far (~4 weeks since install). I installed it in my Main Memory.

I have tdLaunch too.
No problems for a few month now. Except for the fact that you need to soft reset everytime you insert a new icon.
Highly recommended.

I also used Scott's Launcher but recently switched to cLaunch and it has worked fine for a couple of weeks now on WM03.

I'm using cLaunch with WM2003 -- works and looks great. I realy appreciate the ability to configure the appearance (for example, being able to shrink the size of the icons) just the way I want it.

Wow!!

Lots of replies, and real quick!

You all are a great help!

I've read some reviews/posts that warned of the Start menu and other drop downs showing solid white or blank with tdLaunch. And since the release histories for both cLaunch and tdLaunch show old dates and indicate PPC 2002 as the latest supported OS, I was wondering.

Good to hear it's working for so many.

Now I just have to decide: c or td.......c or td......c or td

Thanks!!

I orginally tried c. Loved it. Then my x3i died
When I got my new one, I decided to test td. Lasted 20 minutes then went hunting for c again.

Thats one more c vote
This .sig is false

td or cLauncher

As a newbie I've tried both and went with cLauncher.

I found Today Plus http://www.dark.mojo.com/todayplus/index.php which is more than a launcher. Replaces several other apps. that I had running on the Today page. It is more complex, however, I have enjoyed trying to make changes to meet my needs and those that create the skins are very knowledgeable and more than helpful to get you set up and running.

If the link doesn't work just do a search for TD+ here or on Google.

Good Luck,
