Full PNG support with transparency and alpha-blending

Screen refreshes now take place in a separate worker thread to keep main PPC UI more responsive

the time command can specify a day offset at the very end.

Bug Fixes

Some changes to the internet downloading routines

Screen width is no longer hardcoded to 240 - Should work better with Nyditot / Toshiba e805 in VGA

Countdown always counts down from today's date, regardless of the date seleted in the calendar.

Today / Tommorrow text are always relative to today's date, regardless of the date selected in the calendar.

Various other minor bug fixes.

Known Issues
Config App

Select Skin (EXE) is disabled and currently not supported

POOM App setting is loaded on startup, but should be set correctly when chosen

Adding new storage path doesn't allow entry of storage name.

Calendar filters and Task filters "Name" propery isn't currently implemented.

When adding a new weather city, if the "Name" field contains commas (,) then you will have to enclose the entire "Name" field in quotes ("). If you don't the metric option will not be correctly recognized.

Main Plugin

alphablended pngs in the imagemeter

alphablended pngs not supported for alalog clock hour and minute hands

alphablended pngs not supported for the second "image" in the image buttons

The config app is located in the TodayPlus folder and called config.exe. You will need the Microsoft .NET Framework SP2 for it to work. Download here

Does the new version allow you to show tasks separately from calendar items?

I have been using two separate programs so they aren't interspersed, but the rumors of Task+ having a memory leak make me think it would be good to switch.

I installed TodayPlus, and when I go to the program and start it all I get is a blank screen. Does any one have a suggestion on why this is? I have it selected in the settings of my today screen. I also did a soft reset, and this did nothing.

Did you select the Base Path to be TodayPlus? Also did you choose a skin in the config file?

Path and skin are default. However, you can't install it on a CF card. So you need to install it in the main memory.
It also has to be tagged as a plugin.

And you have to go to start/settings/today/itmes and check the Today Plus box.

I realize what I did. I forgot to install the NETCFsetup.msi file. After I installed it, all is well. One note, I understand that there is an expiration date on the current 11.0 release. This too bad, I liked this program. If I have too keep installing a new release every 2 months, I will look for another similar software

Hmm, I don't think you need the NET software for "TODAYPLUS" only for "CONFIG.EXE"

I don't think there is an expiration date neither.
But if there is one it doesn't matter it is freeware and still under developing.
I don't think there is similar software in one package.
