Okay guys, heres the deal. I would like to make a datbase that will pull the data from a form. Kinda like HTML and spit it out into a table or text document.

basically here is what i want

item #1
(text box)
item #2
(text box)

blah blah (check box)
blah blah (check box)
.
.
.

etc.

then when you hit submit, it puts this data into a table.

I was thinking about using HTML, but I dont know anything about setting up a server and such. Actually , HTML would be awesome, but the whole server thing is rough.

What about microsoft access or something similar? Is there a PPC version of this?
