Applet to clear plugins

I seem to remember in the past reading somewhere about a small applet the turns off all you today plugins with a single click, and then reactivates them the same way. Am I wrong? If not, what is is called and where can I find it?

Thanks,
TE

I think you're thinking of NoPluginsToday. It may be by the developer of Icbar.
