Notes Problem

I had to restore my X5 to an older back-up file to remove another problem. When I reinstalled all of my software I installed most of it to my SD card.
Now when I go to NOTES, if the All Folders is displayed, I literally get all folders for programs I just installed.

Any idea how to fix this one?
