Just thought I would pass this along,

My problem was this...I run a small limousine company with a business partner. We wanted to keep our schedule on Outlook and be able to keep our individual copies sync'd as well as our Axims. However we did not want each others personal appointment etc on the others PC and PPC. So the problem was how to sync 2 different copies of Outlook with select appointments only and in turn sync with our PPCs.

We tried the free Outlook sync for a while but it was very buggy, randomly missing updates and despite our best attempts with filters and marking appts privite it still synced private appts.

After much searching we came accross this little gem called OsaSync http://www.vaita.com/.

Finally success, It syncs only what it's told to, does it either over Network or internet over FTP, and it is fully automated. I set it to check for updates at timed intervals and forget about it. Now when I sit down at my PC Outlook is sync'd with my Business partners copy and we can each see all current appointments no matter who scheduled them.

I am still on the 30 day trial but if it continues to work this well will be registering soon.
