A nice tool for Axim's to change resolution

DotPocket gives you two products for the price of one: You get a new video driver for your Pocket PC that allows you to change the resolution of your screen and change the screen orientation. The second product you get is a desktop controller for your Pocket PC: http://www.dotpocket.com/download.html

No actually not such a nice program

Beware of sales pitches on our forums. I have tried this program extensively and all it did was create problems. If you want to switch to landscape mode get an SE device and if you want VGA "like me" they will all be out soon. Sorry to pop your bubbles but remember I'm not selling anything here "or affiliated with anybody selling anything here".

I have been using DotPocket for about a year, and never once did I have a problem. So I guess since I am not affiliated or selling for DotPocket, then my view is correct. I didn't mean the last statement to be rude or sarcastic, just making a point that there are always two or more views.

Glad to hear you have luck with Dot Pocket on your X3i. I am using an X5 with WM2003 and ended up having to get a refund because it just was so buggy on my machine. Possibly it also has to do with conflicts with the other software I use. I know it totally freaked my system out when used with Dashboard Advanced. It worked without the dashboard installed but still wasn’t right. Still I am looking forward to a VGA machine with SE on it "and soon I hope".
